Happy New Year & Black Belt Tea Ceremony

We are back to classes this week at both the YMCA Allard Center and the Goffstown Parks & Rec.  We will be starting our training for 2023 with basics.  After all, our “basics” (stances, blocks, punches, strikes, and kicks) are the most important thing we can train/practice.  Perfect for the start of a new year!

See you in class and Happy New Year!

Black Belt Tea Ceremony

This upcoming Sunday (January 8th) from 6 to 8 pm will be our annual tea ceremony for our black belts and their families.  There are many of you coming, but not a whole lot on our Pot Luck List.  Please text, email, and or message me what you will be bringing or if you have any questions. If you still haven’t let me know if you are coming to the ceremony, please do so soon, thank you.

For those black belts who can not attend this year, it will be sad not seeing you, but we all understand.  Hope will we see you next year!  Also, I will try to have the date for next year, a lot sooner.
