We are back to classes this week at both the YMCA Allard Center and the Goffstown Parks & Rec. We will be starting our training for 2023 with basics. After all, our “basics” (stances, blocks, punches, strikes, and kicks) are the most important thing we can train/practice. Perfect for the start of a new year!
See you in class and Happy New Year!
Black Belt Tea Ceremony
