6th Dahn Test

I am very happy to share that I passed my test this weekend. Thank you to everyone who came out to support me. Your presence and encouragement meant a great deal and I am grateful for all of you. I’d also like to give a very big Thank You to Master Jim, for being my training partner, and participating in the self-defense portion of my test!

YMCA Class Cancelations

There will be no classes at the Allard Center for the entire week.
Please enjoy the break, rest, and keep practicing at home when you can.  Testing will be the second week of December, so please be practicing at home.  You are welcome to come to the Tuesday Parks&Rec. Kids/Adult classes this week as we will be reviewing for testing. 

Parks & Rec. Classes

Classes will be held at Goffstown Parks and Recreation on Tuesday, November 25th.
The schedule is as follows:

• Kids Class (ages 6 to 11) at 5:00 PM.
• Weapons Class (ages 12 and up) at 6:15 PM (not a TKD related class).
• Adult and Teen Class (ages 12 and up) at 7:30 PM.

Thanksgiving Day

There will be no class on Thanksgiving.
Enjoy the day with family and friends, and take time to rest and recharge.
